Process Engineer (Plastics Focused)
A Major client of Insight Global is looking for a Process Engineer that has a background in plastic manufacturing.
This person will conduct process optimization trials, performs troubleshooting and analysis, and develops strategies to reduce product variability, waste, and operating costs.
Work closely to the plant leaders, process technicians and operators, providing training, standardizing process, to guarantee it s optimum cost, quality, and colleagues safetyBi-lingual in Spanish Obtained MBA BS Engineering or related technical field is needed 7

of Process Engineering experience in plastic Blow Molding manufacturing Must be familiar w/ PLCs and able to make adjustments when needed Able to troubleshoot machine maintenance issues as they arise Able to coach, mentor and lead process technicians Demonstrated success in cycle time optimization and identifying cost savings Strengths in Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement Open to 25%-30% travel Recommended Skills Blow Molding Business Process Improvement Coaching And Mentoring Cost Reduction Cycle Time Variation Engineering Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
