Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team and handle their day-to-day tasks - Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Handle phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Google Suite - Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents as needed - Assist with event planning and coordination, including booking venues and arranging logistics - Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems - Conduct research on various topics as assigned - Assist with project coordination and ensure deadlines are met Skills:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - Excellent computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus - Ability to manage calendars and schedules using Outlook Calendar or similar tools - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle calls professionally - Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Note:
