Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager with requesting job numbers, generating POs for vendors, and ordering materials when needed Create project green job folders, printing CDs, RFDS, Port Matrix, JSAs, and safety paperwork Assist weekly with multiple project updates, market asset review, and asset location coding Accept and coordinate deliveries and shipping requests as needed Participate in subcontractor and vendor calls as needed to support the duration of the project Assist in the completion of project closeouts and provide to customers once completed Perform other position duties when requested SUCCESS FACTORS:

Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, climbing, etcMay be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels while onsite When working on site, will be required to wear common protective of safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel toed bootsEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
