Warehouse Worker- Dock Worker- 1st Shift

Pay:
$19.
50/hour This position is eligible for a $1500 90-Day Retention Bonus! Work Schedule:
o 1st shift:
Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday- 6:
00 AM Start Time (Sunday's Mandatory) Additional

Responsibilities:
o Follow all safety requirements o Stage and sort products for loading o Loads and unloads trailers in a safe manner o Opens and closes dock doors o Maintain a clean and safe work area o Sorts and places parts in racks or other designated areas o Stacks cardboard boxes and pallets o Move materials within the warehouse o May operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts as needed o Scan freights/parts
Qualifications:
o No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
o High school diploma or equivalent preferred o Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required o Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required o Flexible to work overtime preferred o Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions required o Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job o Ability to work independently, customer service, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, and time management skills required o Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required o Complete a Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
This position is designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required.
Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
